We actually have numerous databases - one for each client for whom we produce questions. This is because all our clients have different requirements, and we need to keep the content for each client separate.

This also allows us to control the licensing agreements that we have with clients.

Since QuizQuizQuiz was founded in 2003, we have produced around 100,000 questions that have been answered by hundreds of thousands of people (and in some cases millions of people).
