We can do, but it does not improve the accuracy of the questions, and can significantly add to the cost. Often a single question will be checked very rapidly in several (sometimes as many as 10) sources, and the combined evidence from these sources gives us the verification that we need.

Documenting this process for every question is costly and time-consuming, and we would only advise it for very specialist low-volume projects.
